Guildwood Village Animal Clinic is defined by compassionate, quality care and professional service. Our owner, Audrey Souccar, graduated in 1986 and opened the clinic in 1988. We treat your pets as members of our family. Guildwood Village Animal Clinic works closely with Boardwalk Animal Hospital, our satellite clinic. We are committed to continuing education to take advantage of the latest in techniques and technology.

Dr. Audrey Souccar, DVM

Dr. Audrey Souccar graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1986. She began working in a referral clinic that specialized in ophthalmology, internal medicine, and surgery. Audrey opened her first practice, the Guildwood Village Animal Clinic, in 1988 in Scarborough and her second practice with her associate partner, the Boardwalk Animal Hospital, in 1997 in the beaches more centrally located. She currently divides her time between both practices. Audrey has two daughters, a grandson, three dogs, Briar, Breazy and Ellie, 3 cats, Mickey, Pesto, and Shadow, and 3 horses, green neck lore, and a gecko. Audrey enjoys horseback riding, running, and reading in her spare time. Audrey also participates in horse show competitions with her daughter Jamie during the summer.

Dr. Carolyn Woodward, DVM

Dr. Carolyn Woodward joined our practice in 2013, after graduating from the University of P.E.I.’s Atlantic Veterinary College in 1997. She had practiced in the United States for 4 years, before returning to Canada and joining the Guildwood Village Animal Clinic as an associate vet and became a Partner in September 2017. Dr. Woodward particularly enjoys behaviour issues, surgery, and diagnostics with the furry patients she treats. Dr. Woodward has a Wolfhound, Killian, and two cats, Boo and Swish.

Dr. Kathy Hopkins, DVM

Dr. Kathy Hopkins joined the practice in September, 2001. A graduate of the University of Guelph’s Ontario Veterinary College in 1986, she has practiced at numerous clinics in the Greater Toronto Area. Dr. Hopkins enjoys patient medical care, client relations and diagnostics. Dr. Hopkins shares her home with her husband, 3 teenage children (who definitely keep her busy), a dog and 2 cats.


Tammy Colley graduated from Sheridan College in Animal Care in 1992. She has been working with animals for 20 years and joined the team at Guildwood Village Animal Clinic in 2003. Tammy presently helps manage the clinic, and in her spacetime enjoys showing her purebred cats, Crewe, Pippin, Tori, and Bug.


Part-time Receptionist

Catherine is a proud owner of three cats named Wallace, Gromit, and Midnight, two dogs Finn and Skye, and her pony, Willow.

Tamara is a proud owner of 2 dogs, Lucy & Levi, and 3 cats.

Graduated May 2022 from Seneca College. Proud owner of three dogs, three cats, and two guinea pigs.

Graduated May 2022 from Seneca College. Proud owner of her cat, Sneeze.
